1000D Oxford Full Protective Level IV Body Armor
Fully protective body armor consists of arm guards, crotch protectors, neck protectors, chest protectors,s and two inner bladders. Compared with ordinary body armor, the protective area is further expanded to strengthen the protection of life safety parts. Different levels of protection are required. Bulletproof inserts with different protection levels are soft in texture, comfortable to wear, flexible in movement, have excellent elastic properties, are aging-resistant, waterproof, moisture-proof, and UV-proof. They are front-line protective equipment for front-line combat and duty. Protective layer structure: The protective layer structure of the bulletproof and stab-proof clothing is composed of 45 layers of polyethylene fiber non-woven fabric (four orthogonal layers) + 1 layer of 4.5mm thick foam.
Composition: Bulletproof and stab-proof clothing consists of a jacket, bulletproof layer, and bulletproof layer protective cover. The jacket is removable and washable and has adjustable shoulder and waist sizes.
Sealing performance of the casing: The protective layer is sealed with a water-tight and impermeable black protective casing with an even sealing edge. The protective cover material is water-resistant and has a hydrostatic pressure resistance of not less than 18kPa.
Flexible to wear: Flexible to wear, easy to put on and take off. After wearing it, the free movement of the arms and the human body's kneeling, jumping, running, pitching, turning and other movements cannot be significantly restricted.
Protected area area: Protected area area: 0.45㎡
Room temperature bulletproof performance: Tested using 1979-style 7.62mm light submachine gun and 1951-style 7.62mm pistol bullets (lead core). In the case of an effective hit, the bullet is blocked and the maximum recess depth should be less than or equal to 25mm.
Water immersion bulletproof: Soak the bulletproof and stab-proof clothing in water for 30 minutes at room temperature, and then perform a bulletproof test. In the case of effective hits, it can resist bullets, and the maximum dent depth of the backing should be less than or equal to 25mm.
High-temperature ballistic resistance: After the high-temperature test (+55℃±2℃, constant temperature for 4 hours), test the bulletproof performance within 15 minutes. In the case of an effective hit, the bullet is blocked and the maximum intrusion depth of the backing is less than or equal to 25 minutes.
Low-temperature bulletproof performance: After the low-temperature test (-20℃±2℃, constant temperature for 4 hours), conduct the bulletproof performance test within 15 minutes. In the case of an effective hit, the bullet is blocked and the maximum intrusion depth of the backing is less than or equal to 25 minutes.
Bulletproof and moist heat performance: After passing the damp and heat test (70℃±2℃, relative humidity 80%, 240h), the bulletproof performance test is carried out. In the case of an effective hit, the warhead is blocked, and the maximum intrusion depth of the warhead backing is less than or equal to 25min.
Body armor level: Level IV
Implementation standard: "NIJ Level IV".
