Delivery times may be longer than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic across the globe. We will arrange the shipment as soon as the delivery industry gets back to normal.
Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

Shipping Fee
Free shipping on any order.

We offer sitewide free shipping and free taxes, and if you want to use expedited shipping, it will cost $15, which will be up to the customers. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Preparation for shipping normally takes 1-2 business days processing time after payment. The transportation may take 4-5 or 7-10 business days and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the logistics. 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.


Shipping Orders
Normally orders will ship within 1-3 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through hikepros.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to hikepros as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to hikepros, please contact Hikepros to make arrangements for reshipment.

Most Hikepros.com orders will be processed by our official website and shipped directly from our warehouse.

Delivery Times
When you place an order on the Hikepros website, you will receive a shipping info email from the website. Please check your registered email inbox for your order status. Additionally, you can check the shipping info through My Account -> Order History after you log in to our website.

Standard Shipping

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 8-12 business days after receiving the order.

ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at HIkepros. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal at the checkout page.
